Joint Pain, Bruises, Headaches, Fatigue??

Hi,

I really didn't know where to post on this site. I'm hoping either someone can help me out with my symptoms or someone can tell me which topic/section I should be writing on.

I have been to the doc. lots in the past year. I've had a lot of headaches, a lot of, what I think is joint pain.. but all my tests come back negative for lupus, arthritis, etc. and it's extremely painful. It's mostly in my knees, feet and the back of my heels. I'm often tired, although I work shift work, so I'm not sure if that's the reason.. I don't feel like I used to be this tired though and I just recently found two, what looks like bruises on my back.. each on my shoulder blades. They don't hurt and I have no idea how they could have got there so I'm not positive they are bruises. They are dark in colour with little spots in them. Anyone have any ideas? Or at least know who I should be asking on here? I'm desperate for some answers.

Thanks

Thanks for posting guys!

A couple people have told me to look into Fibromyalgia but I heard there was no certain test for it.. It's just diagnosed after years of symptoms? The thing is.. it's not continueous. Some days it's really bad, and other's I'm not in pain. But everything else comes up negative. Is Fibromyalgia painful all the time?

I've tried different foot wear. I have a great pair of running shoes I where for work now and still, some days... no stopping it.

And I'm not a coffee drinker :) Drink lots of juices!

Thanks everyone for your help!

Experiment with different footwear, if you don't have the right support/ balance in your shoes, it can throw off everything in succession. First, your feet and ankles will feel sore, then that will affect your knees. The blood won't circulate properly in your legs, and the pain will move up to your hips and lower back. Just a suggestion, and I know it doesn't explain the bruises, but I thought I'd give it a try... Hope it helps :)
