Minor Repetitive Head Injury

For the past few years ive had a twitch where i would rock my head back and forth quite aggressively to the point that i can feel my brain rocking off my skull. Sometimes it would cause minor headaches but they would pass. Over the past few months I have being experiencing severe short term memory loss (to the point that i would forget what i was talking about mid-sentence), headaches, getting tongue tied/ difficulty formulating basic sentences at times and an inability to concentrate on anything for a long period of time. Although these things may not be related I am just wondering if i could have some sort of physical damage done to my brain from the twitch? All help is appreciated. (I am a 21 year old Male University student)

I am not sure about the twitch but severe short term memory loss and not being able to control body movements is concerning. You need to see a doctor.  Are you getting enough sleep, by the way?
