My head feels like it's going to explode

Hi there,

I am a 20 year old female (born 96'), I've been having a general feeling of being unwell, some mild muscle weakness along with moderate fatigue (even upon waking up).

Earlier today I was mid workout, doing deadlifts (nothing extremely heavy) and i got what felt like an unusual dizzy spell. I suddenly felt very dizzy and lightheaded, my vision had blurred and my extremities had felt a weird numbing sensation for about 10 minutes. I've been drinking my water, so I was hydrated.

After this, I went home and have been trying to rest. I feel like my head is going to explode! It feels like there is a lot of pressure in both of my temple areas, which worries me whenever I feel this as my great x2 grandma died of an aneurysm.

I'm a big worrier so hearing some others thoughts and opinions while I wait for my appointment would be greatly appreciated.

(I'm not sure if this is relevant or not but I don't have any medical conditions, except for gallstones. I have a referal to a surgeon and am waiting for a cholecystectomy)

Hello~It sounds like you may have some pinched vertebrae in your neck, this will certainly the dizziness you are having and other symptoms as well. I suggest seeing a chiropractor, he/she will take an x-ray of your neck, this will show what is occurring in that area and the chiropractor can adjust accordingly. A few treatments should have you feeling better in no time.
