Would you help me diagnose a pain in shoulder/collarbone when I breathe?

So a couple of months ago I've started feeling a pain in my shoulder, it vame and went, it got stronher and stronger until I went to my Orthopedist, he gave me NASIDs (Brexin) which helped a little but towards the end of the treatment it started coming back, it now hurts only when I breathe
Doctors have hard time diagnosing it as there's no fever, swelling, redness, or abnormalities in X-ray

I'm currently undergoing physiotherapy which consists of odd repetetive actions and the occasional ultrasound therapy

SUMMARY: occasional undiagnosed sharp pain in the left collarbone area when breathing in, no lumps or redness or any other abnormalities
