After got treatment from doctor, he told ur uric acid levels (6.2) are too high. (Normal val 3 - 7).
He told ur food causes these problems. He advised me to do not eat fish, mutton, chicken (all non-veg) and some pulses.
I am very shocked. my age is 24 only.
I am getting doubts on the words told by the doctor. Is there any
suggestion ?
Plz help me. I'm very confused.

I work in a factory and do A LOT of repetitive work with my hands and wrists. i have had many days that even after coming home and resting for any amount of time the pain becomes severe and almost debilitating like after working out if you don't slow down and keep moving but you just stop, everything seizes up and is very sore and painful. when i would wake up it was like i had to will my hands to start working again. it hurt so bad to even wash dishes! im not a dr. but im pretty sure its the first sign of carpel tunnel and or something like it. if i go to another dept. or do a different job for a day or 2 it seems to give my muscles and tendons a chance to heal and the symptoms go away. but if i go back to doing those harsh tasks again all day long the pain comes back. i would suggest taking breaks or changing up the level at which you're typing. i.e up on the desk then maybe go to keyboard on your lap or prop it up different. that may change it up so those muscles and tendons arent doing all the work for your whole work day. also you may look into different departments in your workplace that you can bounce around to get a break. if not it will probably lead to needing to see a dr. to determine if it is a full blown issue.
