Hip Still hurts 3 months after injury

On Jan 13th, I slipped and fell on tile floor at the hospital I work at landing on my hip and wrist. The pain was instant. The hip pain started only on the part of impact. Once I started physical Therapy 3 weeks after injury, I felt and heard a loud crack in the hip.  It has since hurt to sit for extended periods, sit at 90 degree angle, stand, and walk more than 2000 steps.  The xrays showed no broken bones and the mri showed nothing wrong as of 3 weeks ago( Today is April 4).  Since the mri arthogram it feels like someone is shoving something hard and hot where they did the arthogram into the hip.  From the beginning of the injury the injured leg has been colder than the other. Wondering what could be going on?

You could have compromised or injured your "lower back" on that side. I've heard of people experiencing numb or cold or sometimes even "ghost" leg. You should go see a ortho and explain your leg feeling to them.
