Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Sinusitis, refractive errors of the eye, migraine, cluster headaches, brain tumors, high blood pressure, tension headaches, poor or disturbed sleep and cervical spondylitis are several causes of headaches.
Dizziness could be due to postural hypotension (blood pressure falling with change of position), internal ear problems and cervical spondylitis. All these cause dizziness when you get up from lying down position. Cervical spondylitis and ear problems also cause dizziness on changing the position of the neck. Other causes of dizziness are anemia, GERD, hypoglycemia or low sugar and some endocrine problems.
In combination the enumerated factors can produce all the symptoms. If you are on a vacation on higher altitudes you must look into internal ear problems and altitude sickness.
A combination of exertion, poor sleep or irregular sleep pattern, GERD or severe acidity together too can be the cause.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage without examining. Please consult a doctor for this. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
mmm I'm in vacation, right now I don't have problems or anything for worry except this thing.
