Why am I so tired and why do I spit up mucous with blood, mostly in the morning
I don't have a cough but I always have to spit up mucous and it has blood in it. I'm always tired too. I don't have the money to go get an exam done
Sorry for what you're going through. If you're coughing up blood you really should get it checked out ASAP. I would be concerned that it could potentially be a serious medical condition such as a Pulmonary Embolism. I have a condition called May-Thurner Syndrome and it can cause Fatigue and Blood Clots. Hopefully it's something less serious but it really should be checked out!
