hep with my burning feet!

for the last 4 yrs i have been having burning and pain in my feet. also tingling in my arms and hands; weird sensations in my tongue. i have had several tests for nerve damage; been treated with lyrica until bloating and swelling started and switched to cymbalta; it helped at first now about 2 months later the burning and pain is not being relieved. my neurologist says its neuropathy of unknown origin; my primary dr did lyme disease tests that came back positive. went to an infectous disease  dr that says the lyme disease is borderline; awaiting results of the western blotter test. she says if this  test is inconclusive she will test for ms; with a spinal tap and  mri of my brain. do you have any suggestions what could be wrong with me from what i have discribed?

If you are diabetic, it could be diabetic neuropathy, which causes numbness, tingling, pain in the extremities.
