hot flashes, lightheadedness, seeing blotchy colors going to black, dizziness, numbness in mouth area, etc.

Okay this might be a bit long so please bear with me.

I'm a 20 year old female and this has been happening to me several years now. The first time it ever happened I was about 11 and I had just been sick (never did know the cause i assumed it was food poisoning from what i ate at school) I was sick 3 times starting at about 6-7pm which was about 6 hours after lunch at school. I did not physically feel sick in any way but the next morning when i woke up i felt kind of weak and when i stood up i had tunnel vision and saw blotches of color that went to black and felt dizzy. After about an hour it went away.

Unsure if this may or may not have anything to do with it but since as long as I can remember (when i was about 4 i remember asking and so does my mom and dad, I asked my dad what the shiny puddles on the ceiling were) I've seen dots of color (nothing like above these are smaller or formed shapes that dont bother me) and I also taste colors are some words. Also at times I feel like Im falling or on waves or lI see flashes of color although me eyes are closed usually white/black/blue and it feels like my arm is small then normal again or my leg..thats usually when im laying down. A few years ago I found out of Synesthesia which after looking that up seems a lot to me what that is.

Back to what I'm wondering about..
After that everytime i went in a car or on the school bus I felt VERY anxious and like I would get sick or even die if I didnt get off of it. NEVER before had that happened to me. This caused me to now have a vomit phobia, where i always feel like if i did that id die or just i couldnt go on if these symptoms came back worse.
After that I got a viral infection and had to stay home for a few days and it seemed to get worse. For about 3 years after that i could NOT ride in any car or bus without this feeling, it kind of feels like heavy pressure on my chest and stomach and like ill just vomit and die. That finally went away mostly, now it rarely happens.

After that whenever i get anxious or sometimes just randomly i will get really bad chest pains..no real pattern sometimes ill go months without it happening then daily, my brother had this part happen to him recently too.
I remember i would get these sick or chest pains in class especially if someone was yelling or bugging me, that would make it feel worse like i was stressing.

Then years after the first 'black out' it happened again. This time I was at the mall and i had felt kind of tired all day and had just gotten my ears pierced, I was also just getting off my period. I started to feel more tired and weak and had to sit down cause i was getting warmish and back pains. After trying to ignore this for about 30 minutes i started seeing the blotches and sat down several times but my mom was nagging which made it feel worse. After we left the store we were in the blotches got worse and i had to interrupt my mom to tell her i needed a slushie cause i felt like i was gonna black out, i hoped it would help since i was warm and needed to sit down. i was seeing all black at this point but the stand was only about 20 feet away so i manages to walk over to it and sat down it feels almost not real and no one ever seems to notice when this happens to me. after sitting down it went back to colored blotches then eventually they went away mostly but some fuzzy dots. I got my slushie and then i was fine!

After that i was in school and we were doing a blood lab (blood doesnt scare me or anything and neither did piercing my ears) and it happened i managed to function the whole hour even getting up several times to get stuff with no one noticing but a the end i told my teacher about it and he gave me some tootsie rolls and after that a couple minutes i was fine just still warmish feeling.

This made me think well sugar and metals..maybe i have a metal allergy or am diabetic?

well it doesnt do anything sometimes with metal and my piercings are fine so i dont think so. And diabetic, my great grandma is..ive never been tested (cant afford it) but i looked up the symptoms. I dont go to the bathroom a lot, infact i go a lot less than most people (ive had people comment me about if i ever go haha) I dont have excessive thirst or hunger. I dont have weight loss, in fact im 93 pounds..very small and 5 foot 6 1/2 inches but ive been this steady weight since about 8th grade. I dont have any eating disorders, in fact i eat more than most people i know but i believe i have an over active metabolism (both my parents had fast metabolisms). Increased fatigue..not really sure on this one someday id say yes others not. irratability, well if i have something to be mad at but not for no reason. blurry vision..ive had to wear contacts/glasses since 3rd grade so i dont know.

Sometimes these 'blackouts' happen randomly. I had it happen in the shower (hot showers seem to make it happen easier), when i was cooking food and even when i was at work. but ALWAYS when im standing, never any other time. It actually got me FIRED from the only job i ever had cause i had to sit down and i had told them not to put me on registers.

To sum it up;

Always when im standing.
I start to feel hot, go pale, sweat a bit (i rarely sweat otherwise).
I get back pain and sometimes chest pain and feel a bit nauseated and like my head is being constricted from the inside.
I start to see dots of colors and feel uncomfortable on my feet which gradually gets worse and worse until i see all colors and my mouth area goes numb and my legs feel wobbly like im moving (i dont think i really am though cause no one ever notices) and everything goes black and i usually sit down here, if i dont i start to see white dots, but then i sat down ive never pushed it farther.

I thought maybe I had Dysautonomia cause of the viral infection. Symptoms being;

Excessive fatigue   [somtimes]
Excessive thirst (polydipsia)  [no]
Lightheadedness, dizziness or vertigo [YES]
Feelings of anxiety or panic (not mentally induced) [YES im panicking cause of the feelings!]
Rapid heart rate or slow heart rate [YES]
Orthostatic hypotension, sometimes resulting in Syncope[2]   [YES]

I DONT think its panic attacks..why would i panic when im in the shower or cooking or AFTER i got my ears pierced?

Anyways hoping somebody might have some ideas or at least suggestions!
Thanks (:

Have the tilt table done.  My daughter had these same signs... she finally had a tilt table test and found she had cardio nargic syncopy...(not right spelling)...but they put a pace maker in and it stopped totally.

I'd be fine on that, I don't take any medications at all unless it was life or death.

A different site other than labtestsonline says to avoid tylenol for 48 hours and avoid aspirin, prior to the plasma free metanephrines test, besides checking with your dr. about other medications.

Suggestions: Try to get referred to a cardio-electrophysiologist or dysautonomia specialist who can conduct a tilt table test.  Try to see if they would be willing to order a norepinephrine blood test where you are standing up.   Also see if they will order a fasting plasma free metanephrines test (see labtestsonline about avoiding tylenol, etc. prior to the test). Try to get a referral to a neuro-opthamologist about your vision issues.
