Hello,

It seems like a muscle strain or a ligament sprain.Apply some warm compresses on the thigh and take some anti-inflammatory pain killer like ibuprofen or diclofenac. Also apply some topical muscle relaxant. If however the pain persists, then it is important to rule our nerve compression which can also present with such features.A consultation of an orthopedician in that case will be the best.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
The pain could be due to muscle injury but more likely to be a tendon injury. It could also be due to pinched nerves as in pudendal neuralgia. This appears to be the most likely cause.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. You should see an orthopedic specialist regarding this. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
