Premature Ejaculation and Weak Bladder, I'm only 23

hello Doc, well im back I last 2months i have been goin back and forth with a urology residence program for the same symptoms overactive bladder and premature ejaculation. I was put on Uroxatrol for 3 wks , then Vesicare for 3 wks, neither one of these medications even slightly slowed down the excessive need to urinate. The last time i went maybe a week ago he told me now we would focus on a condition called Interstitial Cystitis said its rare in men but still worth a shot and the medication for it has to be taken 3x a day and if thats the cause it wont be an immediate fix. He also talked about a procedure where where they would look into my bladder through my urethra and put a higher dosage of the medicine directly into my bladder.. I asked him about the nuerologic causes that u mentioned b4 and he said i could definately go about that with my personal doctor, since highschool off n on ive always had this pain on my leg that seems to coincide with a pain in my testical i never thought much of it but now  with all these issues and the fact that the pain is still there when my testes hurt its definally a possibility. How do I go about gettin this done tho do i just ask my regular doctor for a prescription to have a mri  procedure or should i goto a nuerologist first. Thanks in advance for any info

i ended up having the cystoscopy , ended up getting an infection afterwards was extremely painful to pee for several days afterwards even with the pyridium and i had very prevalent blood in my urine for about 2 weeks. The results to the procedure was that my urethra bladder etc looked healthy although the doc did say there was inflammation. My question at this point is that ive been a heavy masturbater for several year sometimes twice a day, and sometimes i would hold my erection for 2-3 hrs at a time before ejaculation which im assuming now is probably what has damage me and made me have these symptoms. I recently purchased some all natural vitamins online to supposedly help heal the damage caused. Ive cut down on any masturbation for the last few weeks to about once a week and for no longer than maybe 10-15 mins. Seeing as ive been masturbating for so long and for the last 4 years holding my ejaculations for hrs at a time have i permanently destroyed my my penis?

Hello help8407,

I suggest that you get the treatment for interstitial cystitis. Cystoscopy would help put high dose of antibiotics through the urethra. This would probably take care of the other symptoms as well.
