15 year old, little lump on testicle.

I recently found a lump on the top of my right testicle when examining. It doesn't hurt nor do I have any symptoms like pain, aching, blood in urine or semen nor pain whilst urinating.

It isn't the size of a pea, its like o size like a little bump... do you think it is testicular cancer? No-one in my family that we can go back in (many many of years) has had testicular cancer.

Hello,
This kind of hard bump which is present outside a testicle can be a cyst like epididymal cyst or a benign growth of the skin or testicles. You need to get an ultrasound testis done to confirm the diagnosis. Diagnostic or therapeutic fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC ) may also be needed to confirm the diagnosis. My sincere advice would be to consult a urologist and get these investigations done.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Warm regards.

Best to see a doctor about it, if only to rule out the possibility of cancer. It could just be a spermatocele, which as far as I know is harmless and will disappear on its own - but you never know, and none of us can tell you what you have over the internet.
