2 tiny bumps on scrotum

Hello,

I wanted to know if these symptoms sound like genital warts.
Dec 12 I noticed to tiny bumps on my scrotum.  They look pink and flat.  I go over it with my finger and they feel smooth.  They don't look like cauliflower texture at all and they are separated apart from each other like 2mm.  I kind of have two stretch the scrotum skin out in order to see these bumps otherwise you cannot really see them.  I squeezed one of these bumps and a small amount of clear fluid came out of it so I immediately cleaned it off with antibacterial soap and put on bactrobin.  When it was healing it i could tell a small opening from where the clear fluid came out of and later looked like it scabbed over.  A week after the scab was there, it looked like the scab had fallen off when I showered and took a look it the tiny bump was still there like when I first saw it.  I squeezed at it Dec 24 again and a small amount of clear fluid came out from it! The same healing process took place again and here I am, Dec 27, the bump still is still there.  These bumps never caused me pain or itchiness.  Only clear fluid would come out of it when I squeezed it with my fingernail.  Does this sound like genital warts?? Because I heard genital warts do not ooze clear fluid even if you squeeze at them.  Please help my dermatologist cant take me in till mid january and im going crazy wondering what coould this be!!

Thank you

Hello Rowena,

Thank you for the response!  I just wanted to let you know it's been like a month and a half with this tiny flesh colored bump.  It turns red if I pick at it.  If I leave it alone it looks like the color of my skin.  It's been like three times since I've popped this little bump.  It doesn't become a sore it just oozes a small amount of clear fluid.  I put over a piece of toilet paper over it and all I can see is like if a tiny water drop touched it.  It does not hurt me at all it just he appearance of it.  It just come back.  I've read that genital warts do not ooze anything, so what can this be?  I hope this description can clarify this a bit more.

Thank you

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you?  What other symptoms are present? The spots or papules may be due to molluscum contagiosum, hair follicles and sebaceous glands, fordyce spots, or warts.  Herpes is usually characterized by recurrent bouts of small blisters, which rapidly break down to form small, painful ulcers. The first episode may also be associated  with an acute feverish illness. However, definite diagnosis must be confirmed by direct clinical examination of the lesion and laboratory tests. Try not to scratch also to prevent secondary bacterial infection. Take care and do keep us posted.
