Incontinance or discharge ?

Hello , I have a few posts in regards to my situation , to muh to type again,  had a brief sexual encounter, received oral for less than a minute , negative for chlamydia and gonorrea at std clinic, went to doctor, he asked about discharge.... As long as I can remember, even back in my childhood, I leak after I urinate. When my symptoms were in full bloom I leaked even more... Now, 3 months later, and after 15 days of cipro, still mild irritation in penis. And I notice that I leak occasionally even when I haven't urinated.  It is clear, no miky white or green nor yellow sticky stuff. I have been assuming that this was my incontinance.  Could this be actual discharge? I took 2 urine tests for chlamydia and Gonoreah , negative each time , so I feel confident it's not those. I'm worried about mycoplasma, several have old me that it's no std based on my tests, just curious about the leaking.....

Also the doc said my urine was clear, I assume no signs of bacteria or WBC .  He never asked about possibility of std, and I didn't tell him..... When I peed, I believe it was a mid stream catch everytime.... Will that be effective? Or should I have peed into the cup right from the beginning? Could I have washed the bacteria out of my urethra by going in toilet first? Then catching the pee after?
