A fluid build-up after circumcision

Hi, I am a 30 years old male. I had a partial circumcision surgery a couple of days ago since I could not retract my foreskin. Now I have noticed a serious fluid accumulation in the remaining end-part of the foreskin which is quite uncomfortable I tried to consult the surgeon who performed the surgery but he has left for his vacation and cannot be contacted right now. Can someone please advise me is this an alarming situation where I should seek for immediate medical help? Or would the fluid accumulation disappear over the next few days?
