Bi-Lateral epididymectomy

I had a vasectormy about 4 years ago and developed 2 infections after that.  Both of those infections required surgery and ultimately a bi-lateral epididymectomy.  My urologist who performed the surgery told me I would be sterile and that once done it was not reversible.  Is that true?  I have since separated from my wife of 7 years, but now a love interest is asking me about this as she wants to have kids of her own.

Thanks!

There is no reverse unless there is a scam ing tech using stem cell regeneration or artificial sperm collection contraption.   I am needing a full bilateral epididymectomy after a bad vasectomy that’s was not done correctly after I contract HPV.  Now I have hpv and sperm infection leaking into my blood system from my both open valve vas defrans which I am afraid is causing some sort of myasthenia or something Mylar disorder desease.  My thing is I am unemployed now and have state health insurance and really need a full bilateral expenditure to my whole living in ct.  This is a hard process any suggestions?
