Bleeding
Hello doctor, I hope you can answer my question. I was masturbating and when I ejaculated I felt pain on my penis. It was bleeding, so I panicked. I showered it and it stopped bleeding, but I still feel a little pain. I think it is the frenulum, but I am not sure. What do you think? Will it hurt for long?

Hello,
It looks like a cut or sore to the penis or urethra. You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove and abstain from masturbation or intercourse till the lesion fully heals. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist
