Swelling and No sensation on my pennis

Dear sir,

I am suffering with tricky problem. Actually 10 yrs(now i am at 30 yrs) before hot water accidentally fell on my pennis. I observed some swelling and enlargement of my pennis. i consulted many doctors but everybody has given some anti-biotics and later told me that there was no abnormality in my pennis.

But now whilte i am trying to intercourse or when i masturbate i observed some swelling after the act and also i am not feeling any sensation.

i cousulted sex specialist also. He suggested to go for Penile doppler test with sildenafil citrate. But in that report also nothing was found. Test result is normal.

I am not able to find the problem. can anybody tell me what exactly is the problem.

Regards,
krishna

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If the penile Doppler has come out normal, then there is no apparent problem with your penis. The swelling can be due to chafing or friction rub of the skin. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a urologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
