MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

RBC and WBC levels that you have posted are acceptable. The fact that the levels decreased after antibiotic therapy means that your UTI has responded to the medications. Any crystals in the urine? Was low back pain your chief complaint prior to the urinalysis? A WBC of 0-2 is acceptable and this does not indicate a UTI.Pyuria or increased WBC in the urine requires >5 per hpf and usually may be associated with significant bacteria.

I hope this helps.
