Can retrograde ejaculation be reversed?

I had Turps some years ago now. I miss my ejaculations badly... I read about sudafed helping, but I wonder if there is another drug that can help?

When I had mine I was told it was permanent.  There is a way to do the surgery, most done in Europe, that doesn't cause this problem, but in the US most urologists don't do it for whatever reason, perhaps because it hasn't shown to work as well.  Don't really know, but at least in my case I was told it is permanent.  I would ask a urologist or find the sources urologists use and research it yourself.
