Curing a UTI without Antibiotics

Hello, I am a 19 year old female and suffer from recurrent UTIs. Antibiotics no longer work for me and at times, end up giving me a fever. How can I cure a UTI without taking antibiotics? Please help.
Thanks.

No, I didn't. My symptoms consist of painful urination and occasional pain after urination. My Urine DR showed occasional signs of an infection whereas my Urine Culture showed no growth.
The infection itself gets better but then worsens once again. Any recommendations, please?
