Discomfort while Urinating & UTI

Hi, I'm currently 15 and I have had sex before. I've had recurrences of UTI of a total of 3 times, all in which are about 2-3 months apart. Although the 1st and 2nd time I had UTI the symptoms disappear usually within 2-3 days.
Although this is the 3rd time I had it, and as usual I drank fluids and cranberry juice hoping it would go away. It didn't, it lasted for a week and I had once a sharp pain on my side in which worried me that the infection may have spread to my kidney. My mother had taken me to an herbalist, and she perscripted 7 different types of herbs: Radix Rehmanniae, Angelica Sinensis, Fructus schisandrae, Schizonepeta, Semen Plantaginis, Semen Coicis and Rhizoma Dioscoreae. Those herbs were to help with my UTI, back pain and knee pain. The herbalist gave me a 3 day supply. On the 4th day after finnishing the herbs, it seemed like the UTI was gone until that night in which I had felt the similar discomfort/pain while urinating. It wasn't extremely painful like it was when I had the UTI head-on, it was kind of dulled. I thought it would go away but it stayed. However I suddenly had a breakout of a rash or acne. I went back to the herbalist and she said it was my body releasing toxins, and/or I have allergies. I do not know what I am allergic to. This time she perscribed more herbs (herbal tea) they are" Radix Rehmanniae, Semen PLantaginis, Herba Schizonepetae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, and Fructus Schisandrrae Chinensis. I assumed she perscribed Semen Plantaginis due to my small recurrance of what I thought was UTI.

I find it very odd the fact that it is lasting this long. Normally it would disappear within 2-3 days but it has been almost a week and a half. I've been drinking lots of fluids and cranberry juice, occsionally when I urinate I do not feel pain but my urine is very light - almost transparent like the water I drank. But sometimes I do feel a dull pain and just a half hour ago for the first time a sharp pain while urinating for only a second.
I had considered maybe I have yeast infection, but I'm not sure. I need some answers. Please help me.

Today it continued and I had very bloody urine, and after about 2-3 times I peed out a blood clot.
What happens next? Do you mind telling me what happened to you after wards? I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow, but I would like a better picture from someone who already had it before,

I would suggest going to the doctors for anti-biotics. While natural remedies can help, with a bacterial infection its better to get medical drugs, especially as it seems the infection isnt clearing up.

You may have Cystitis as you have said there was blood in the urine. leaving it may leave you peeing clots of blood and trust me, you do not want that to happen (i had it bad like that and i was on my period so i felt very drained during that time...not to mention i was in a lot of pain)

Because youve had recurring utis, the antibiotics may shift that problem and stop it from happening again.

Its good that you are keeping up with fluids, but i suggest seeing a doctor asap.

Oh, I've also forgot to mention that during the more active part of my UTI I had some blood in my urine, and when that happened it was very painful.
