Do i have Varicocele? testical pain from a drink?

Hello,
I would like some help with 2 questions from the community.

1. Is it possible to have testical pain from a drink?

I was suffering with testical pain after drinking a energy drink called V. I originally thought that it was epididymis. have no problems after i stopped consuming the drink and the pain has gone.

2. Do i have Varicocele?

In the passed year i have developed a problem with my right testical. Upon ejaculation my right testical pops up nexto the shaft of my penis! after i can touch it and it pops back into normal position if it hasn't done so already. There is a slight disconfert, but no pain. I have read a few post on this subject and some people have had same symptoms as myself and had Varicocele. As you can imagine this is quite concerning as Varicocele is no1 cause of male infertility.

I plan to have kids someday. And it makes me sick to the stomach to think that im getting infertile.

Additional details:
21 years old
I have had an Ultrasound 3 months ago for a painfull lump. nothing showed up. (think it was the energy drink causing the pain)

Thankyou for reading.

Sorry, forgot to mention, that i did see a doctor about 1 month before my Ultrasound scan of the area. No torsion and recieved 2 sets of antibiotics. Doctor thought that it could have been epididymitis but was not sure, so he set up the Ultrasound.

Hi
But don't jump to conclusions reading on the internet it could be varicocele or torsion of testis too since you complain of pain too. I would suggest you go get yourself examined by a general surgeon as soon as possible.
