Doctor's Visit

About two months ago I began to notice that the head of my penis had become very sensitive to the point that I could no longer wear boxers at all.  At first I shrugged it off but eventually it never went away and began to get worse, the head would become very read after using the restroom or taking a shower so I eventually went to my Family Doctor.  I went to him 3 times, the first time he gave some cream, next he gave me a pill thinking that my prostate may being causing the pain, the final time he referred me to the local Urologist.  During this time the tip has become very red, especially after using the restroom.  It does not burn when I use the restroom.  So my appointment with the Urologist finally comes, I am so relieved to finally be able to talk to him.  After speaking with him he says that the sensitivity and redness is being caused from a small urethra opening and says that I will need surgery to widen the hole.  So I say thats fine, pick a date and it is set.  Finally, the last few days after I use the restroom I notice that a small amount of liquid would discharge after going.  It is clear and feels like sperm when I touch it.  I call my Dr and he says he will move the surgery date up.  When this all started two months ago I got really nervous and got checked for HIV/AIDs, HSV I II IGG and Syphilis which all came up negative.  My family Doctor said it wasn't Gonorrhea and Chlamydia so I say alright and move on.  So my question is could this be either of these STD's?  Also, I have had sexual relations but that was over a year ago and was protected every time.  Either way it seems I am having the surgery Monday morning I just wanted to see what someone else thought?  Thank you for your time and help.
