Hard vein in penis for months, intermittent dull pain

I am a 26 year old male.  For the past few months I have had a hard vein in the left side of my penis.  It feels like it runs from the base of the penis to the tip.  It doesn't seem to be going away.  From time to time this vein seems to radiate a dull pain.

I'm not sure if this is related to my stress over the issue, or the actual issue, but erections have been less firm and more difficult to achieve.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to varicose vein of penis. It may bruise during sexual intercourse and thus wearing of a condom is highly recommended. Also use of lubricants is recommended during masturbation or during sexual intercourse to avoid bruising the vein.

I Think that you should talk to a urologist /surgeon and get it treated.Sclerthaerp or laser treatment may have to be employed.

Hope it helps.Take care and regards.
