Helping a friend

Hello,
Male age 41 has extreme pain during orgasm to the point of nausea. Both testicle's feel as if they are in his stomach and when not sexually stimulated his testicle's are very tight. What could potentially cause this?

Would like to be able to encourage my friend to go to the doctor with some positive possibilities not just cancer.

Thank you both for the information provided, I will encourage him to make an appointment with the urologist. Not all issues have to be cancer.

Regards,

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For such painful orgasms, few possibilities need to be evaluated which include urethritis( inflammation of urethra), prostatitis( inflammation of prostate), epididymitis( inflammation of the epididymis, the tube that connects the testicle with the vas deferens) , orchitis(painful swelling in one or both of the testicle)  or urethral stricture.

You need complete evaluation and a comprehensive profile of investigations for which please consult a urologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

I'm 34 and currently experience pain during ejaculation and a tight scrotum.  I can't tell you what it is, because my doctors are still trying to figure this whole thing out (going on one year soon)...  They are all confident that cancer is not the issue.  They are concentrating on prostatitis and my kidneys.  I also have a ring of scar tissue in my urethra (have NO idea how it formed, or when), and that is most likely causing my ejaculation pain.  I had to have cytoscopy performed to discover that.

Send your friend to a urologist and get started with the tests.
