Hooked penis

I have developed a hook where the head is connected to the shaft. It uhrts at times for no obviuos reasons, on the side where the head is extending all the way down the shaft. When I get erect it is a very pronounced curve and is uncomfortable and painful at times. I can feel like a pulling sensation along the side of the shaft leading up to the head and curved area. What can I do to get it back to its strait self and releave the pain?
