It got worse

I am still suffering with the same problem but it's gotten worse.  Now I am almost constantly hurting in my penis area.  There is a lot of pain in the bladder area.  Sometime the scrotum hurt too.  Moreover, the needing to pee sensation has changed.  Now I don't feel like i used to when i need to go but the bladder area just hurt and that usually mean I need to pee but sometime it just hurt.  After peeing, the feeling of burning in the penis remain for a while.  Since I now pee every 30 minutes, I am almost constantly hurting.

My urologist first thought I had prostate enlargement, then decided it was prostate infection.  I had 1 month of Cipro but my condition didn't improve.  He now tell me I have chronic prostatitis and basically gave up on me.  I have an appointment with another urologist in a few days but I am really worry.  What else can be wrong with me?

I think the procedure made my symptoms worse, you are probably right, I think you might have IC bladder infections because I read that it can radiate to the penis and scortum area. Are you drinking lots of fluids? I dont go a lot during the day but for some reason I get up at least 3 times during the night

No, I did not have cystoscopy done.  I also did not have urine leakage but what do you mean by spraying?  My problem has been slowly developed over the last 6 months so I don't think you and I have the same problem.

Do you have any leakage or spraying of urine sometimes and is your pain in the penis a throbbing achy pain burning pain. Have you ever had a cystoscopy done? I think I have a stricture in the urethra at the tip and base of penis  that is causing my problems due to a cystoscopy that was done 3 weeks ago he was probably rough on me and screwed me up, I dont have prostatitis  that I think even though I'm on 30 days worth of Septra DS. I have an appt in two weeks with a 2nd urologist

I also have some pain and bloating at the base of my scrotum.  Is that a sign of prostate enlargement?  I have been living with the problem for 6 months now.  The last 3 months has been terrible.
