redness and scar tissue buildup..more below

so for the past week iv had redness and irritation around my "pee hole" i am 24 uncircumcised male. went to urgent care yesterday, waiting for sti/uti urinalysis results today (friday) or monday, had blood taken for HIV tests came back negative. the problem is, my foreskin is pretty tight up there, so its hard to see whats going on in there.

so about a week ago while masterbating i felt a pop, on the left side of the penis head (meatus, i think its called) but didn't experience any pain until the next day when instead of being a little red area it turned almost white and looked infected to me (could be smegma built up overnight? ) and it hurt to touch the foreskin on the outside even though the problem is inside "under" my foreskin on my actual penis. i waited about a week thinking it would go away because its really embarrassing to me. ( never had any problems down there before now ).

during that week, i noticed my penis head getting really irritated and almost spreading from left to right, though it hasn't gone further right  then to that side of my pee hole. it also looks to me like there might be a little scar tissue buildup at the bottom tip of my pee hole. the left side does not hurt to just touch anymore but now the whole tip has an annoying i guess "irritated" pain. iv been peeing a lot less than usual as I'm almost scared to go to the bathroom now.. SOMEtimes after urinating not so much during i get a itch or slight burning sensation in different parts of my urethra.. like theres still pee in there thats irritating the inside more.

I'm trying to give as much information as possible. because when as i said i went to emergency care. the doc eventually came in and had a look for LITERALLY all of 5 seconds. he barely saw anything in there (as iv said my foreskin is pretty tight, i had to move it around a little to try and show him a few different spots, but after a quick glance he was done.) .. he ended up giving me bacitracin ointment and said it should be fine. they call after the urine tests. etc..

I'm pretty sure he didn't even notice the scarring beginning around the pee hole tip, and i doubt he saw much of anything Really going on down there.

to make things worse, i woke up around 7am this morning to thick white discharge which i assume was a wet dream i hope ( even though I'm 24 and never experienced this before, i have stopped masterbating completely since last week when this all started). so i hope this at least isn't an added concern.. wish it happened the night before so i could have told the doc.. had no discharge except this.

im not sure what else to put down here.. obviously this all has me very scared and anxious, any help or advice would be appreciated. i just feel like the whole urgent care trip was a waste of a lot of money at this point I'm no closer to an answer then before. bacitracin seems to help a little bit but also might be making it more irritated at times. also have been drinking Cranberry-apple juice, hoping it would help something for some reason..

looking forward to a reply , might be making a urologist appointment soon if keeps up, any suggestions on how to explain my situation would help as well, as i would hate to waste another appointment and money
