Need help in identifying the problem

hi,

few weeks back i had red spots on my penis head. when ever i uritate, i used to get burning feeling and i noticed that even when i play, i get some burning feeling in the mushroom area. by the time i got doc appointment, the red spots have gone.  when doc checked there were no spots, but he thought it might be some fungal infection and gave a cream.  i applied for 1 week.  now i don't have red spots. but burning sensation has not stopped.

so i went to another doc today and he did urinte test and told that there is no issue and asked me to reduce spiceness.  am not sure if that is the issue.  i get urge to urinate, but i don't urinate.

i need some help.  doctors are not seeing any issue, but the irritation and pain has not stopped.  what could be the issue?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to contact dermatitis or allergic reaction to the material of the condoms, soaps and detergents or due to fungal infection of the area. Retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. Also apply calamine lotion and consult a urologist/ dermatologist as specific antimicrobials may be needed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. Treatment can be started only when the diagnosis is confirmed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
