Odd Post Urination Sting on Tip of Penis

Background.  I am on both Alpha and Bata Blockers for High Blood Pressure.  I masterbate 3-5days/week.  5 years ago I noticed decreaced urnine flow and urine leakage post voiding.  Thus, it takes me a long time to urinate and often have wet spots in my underwear.

This past week I had noticed that post unrination I would get a stinging sensation on the tip of my penis.  I noticed an increase of urine in my underwear.  Thus,  I started to wipe off my penis tip and things seem to have gotten better.  I had a simular incedent after being at a pool and in wet shorts for 6+ hours this summer.  I was so scared with the last incedent I went to the ER for a Chymidia and Gondoria test (both test came back negitive).  Is this above situation sound like an enlarged prostrate?

I am concerned that this maybe herpes eventhough it is not the classic symptoms.  An individual touched my penis (with thier hand) 2+ months ago.  The pain is not a burning sensation but of a stinging simular to cleaning a wound.  I would equate burning to a sweat rash that when it gets wet it burns.  This past epsisode was after some intense masterbation so I slighting confused.  Again I have had no other symptoms.  Any thoughts?

Hi,
There’s a possibility of you suffering from stones in the urinary tract. That can give rise to the radiating pain in the tip of the penis which can be at the end of urination. For the same, I’ll suggest getting an ultrasound of urinary tract to rule out the same. I don’t think it’s due to any infection. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
