PAIN and Redness

It has been 4 months now this pain has been going on. Im 21 and i have pain on my penis shaft at times and also since i had sex recently, the pain has moved more toward the head of my penis. The bottom of my penis head has redness on it and when i have an erection, they are basically red bumps. Also when this first started, Two scabs randomly appeared on my penis shaft on each side and went away in a week but they were not painful or anything. ive been to the doctor for STD tests and i came back negative for everything at 3 months. but the pain is still there with the redness. I know it is not an STD because pain and red bumps would not last over 4 months. I also do not have a yeast infection because she tested for that. Does anyone have any idea of what this pain is and if it is do to my prostate? anything to hear would be great! thanks

Have the same problem.
Problem: Red oblong circle under my penis shaft and a dot or two on opposite side. Comes after I have sex, drink too much coffee, alcohol and stress. It doesn't hurt on the dots, but my testes feels achy and my anus feels pressure.

Diagnosis: Urologist ruled-out herpes and no HIV or other STD just Prostititus (enlarged prostate). Some are bacterial which antibiotics help while others are not and there is no magic pill.

Solution: Gave up alcohol, coffee and stress for months and it cleared-up, but came back with my old drinking and stress habits. Do not sit on hard surfaces too long or take long distance driving trips. Motrin reduces pain and swelling. Saw Palmetto is a good supplement.

Previous complication: I had a male yeast infection 5 years ago and this is not it now. The infection attacked my testes not my penis. It took me a year of diet to kill the yeast. However I have tried to treat my red dots as so. Probiotics, garlic, less food sugars and it doesn't seem to clear it up 100% either.

Let me know if you have heard anything else or if your symptoms cleared up.
I'm a 36 year old male who exercises daily and has a stressful news reporting job on television. Alcohol  is how I deal with the daily tragedies ans stress that I report about, but it is affecting my prostate.

Hopes this helps.
