Pain after ejaculation

I've been having problems for a long time but, have finally realised that the pain starts soon after ejaculation, It is almost as if some of the fluid is getting trapped inside me near to the top of left leg and anus. The pain then lasts for maybe 2 or more days as it gradually gets better.

I've also got problems urinating for a few hours after sex.

Would Prostatitis be seen on an MRI scan? I had some MRI scans done and they said they could not see any problems and that it was probably a trapped nerve.

I've had this problem for almost 2 years now and the pain never goes away, Sometimes it is less painful.

I went to see 2 urologist and neither have bothered to check for prostatitis, They just said I'm not old enough for this problem which I find strange as after searching I've read that it affects men from 35 onwards.

Personally, I think it is a prostate problem (or it's associated plumbing) but, how do I get this across to medical professionals that say it is not? Surely they can do a blood test or something to check ?

Many thanks for your reply, It is very much appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
Pain after ejaculation is a symptom of prostatitis. Prostatitis is an inflammation of the prostate gland. It can be due to chronic prostatitis without infection in your case.

I would suggest you to consult a urologist and get this evaluated. Treatment depends on the confirmation of diagnosis.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted. Warm regards.
