Hi,

It appears that you may have an infection of the epididymis or the testis on the affected side.
Reflux of semen during ejaculation can cause irritation and inflammation of the epididymis. This can further result in infection that may spread to surrounding connected structures.

Urine should be light  or pale yellow in color. A greenish color to urine is indicative of infection.

You can start a course of antibiotics, norfloxacin with tinidazole (norflox-TZ ) twice daily for 7 days and check for improvement.
Additionally, increase intake of fluids to over 2000 ml per day and add citrus fruits and fresh vegetables to diet.

Do keep us posted on your doubts and progress.
Regards
