Pain in groin/testicles

Hello community hope everyone is fine

Since May I have some issues with my groin and so far have no idea what it is. I Will begin with details
May 10 felt my testicle was higher than normal. I have always had it and did not think much of it. May 12 remembered that It could be serious so went to the doctor. May 12 urologist saw me and said I had a Hernia. Fast forward   6 hours later in the ER and ultra sounds doctors did not found any. A week later went to my general doctor and said he did not feel any. Doctors said I tore my groin. General Doctor said it was a black nerve in my back and hurting my sacroliac joint  Now June and I am still afraid it could be a hernia since When I put pressure in the. bathroom I feel some pain under the testicles. I have an mri scheduled for next week so hopefully that can help
Question is what could it be? As well thinking of vasilis which is the inflammation of the inguinal cords. Also, my sex life is prrety intense and must of the times I have injured my penis by thrusting to hard

Has anyone experience something like this? Also, I can stand up but when I bend over my groin and hip hurt like a  pull. Not all the time but sometimes. Finally in this past months I was going for  run a lot and not lifting because Gym were close. Let me know if you have something in mind?
Thank you

Glad you are having further testing/imaging done to see what is going on in there.  It really could be a lot of things.  A hernia will reveal itself.  But groin pain and testicle pain are different.  I'm not sure from your description which this is. If you pulled your groin, that can give you testicular pain.  The Symptoms of a Sports Hernia
It's painful to run, spring, cut, pivot, kick or twist; it's a sharp pain concentrated in the groin region. Like a pulled groin, it's usually isolated to one side of the groin. Pain radiates down into the inner thigh and may even occur with coughing and sneezing.  What about kidney stones? That can also cause the symptoms you mention.

Regarding symptoms . Honestly I wound not know. So far they have checked for hernias ultra sound and physical test but nothing. I would not be surprised since I’ve always been q heavy lifter. Sometime my hip back yet as well. Hopefully I can find some good reason after
I'm asking if you have trouble or pain when running, kicking or twisting, sharp pain in the groin area.  That you should know . . .
