Pain in left Testicle, Perineum and Groin.
I was diagnosed with Left Epidymititis four years back, my Ultrasound report shows Thrombosed vessel on head of left epididymis. Doctor prescribed me antibiotic and now all the issues were resolved. But I am feeling pain in left side of scrotum and it is sometimes loose. Then doctor advised me for abdomen ultrasound and it shows prostrate enlarged (39gms) and it was semen infection.It got treated by taking antibiotic (3-4 pus cells).
Now my prostrate is 29gms after 4 years but i feel that same pain and sometimes left testicle is loose. There is no swelling in it. Should it be muscle related issue or that is prostrate which is causing problem.
