I am 22 years old and about 5 months ago I have sex with a woman. My condom broke for a couple seconds before I noticed it and changed it. The next day, I noticed pain in the right side of my penis head, kind of like the soreness pain. Two or three days later I noticed discharge from my penis while I was trying to push out urine. I freaked out and went to a doctor and got tested. I got tested for STDs and came back negative. The doctor first said it might be epididymitis and prescribed antibiotics for 4 weeks. That did not help. Then he prescribed flomax, which I am taking right now but it is not helping. My symptoms at this point are still pain on my right testicle (and spreads to the left sometimes), red and warm scrotum on the right side, feels like my right side of my scrotum is inflated, discharge from penis from time to time (it used to be much worse but now, after 5 months, is at a minimum), soreness around the thighs, difficulty starting a urine stream, and when I do it is not a strong stream like it used to be and I have to force the remaining urine out with a couple of pushes at the end (which I never had to do before), and difficulty pushing out waste when im in the bathroom. I have gone to my urologist for the 4 months now and all he has determined is that I have varicose veins. It feels like the muscle that i use to push out urine and waste is not strong enough or something.
The symptoms get worse when I decide to work out or are stressed. I must add that I was very stressed when I thought I had an STD. The symptoms improve a bit when I wear underwear (tighty-whities), not boxers. I would also like to add that I think I have developed a yeast infection on my penis, would that contribute to any of the symptoms that I am having? It has been over 5 months and I don’t want this problem to turn into a long term problem.
This all began after that night. I used to work out very frequently with weights but I never had this problem before. Is it an infection? Did I damage anything? (Sex that night was very wild). If you need more information from me please let me know and I will be more than happy to explain.
