After that I get a pain in my testes particularly in my right testes. During this pain, i could not concentrate in my work.

Thanks for your reply. I have visited the urologist and he took an ultra sound and said there is a small stone in the kidney. I believe that the pain is due to this stone. But any idea about why I was getting a white color liquid during urination/stool?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The commonest cause of testicular pain amongst young males is epididymitis or orchitis and normally orchitis and epididymitis co-exist. The treatment is antibiotics and painkillers only.

The other pain which can present as testicular pain is pain of a stone in the ureter (tube which brings down the urine) and this can present as testicular pain. Maybe an ultrasound to rule out a stone in the urinary tract may help.

You can take painkillers for a few days and consult your urologist for a confirmatory diagnosis.

I hope that helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
