Pain in testicles/abdomen

Hello! I have an appointment tomorrow but considering this keeps occuring I'm just hoping for a few ideas because pretty clueless to what's going on here. For the last 4 or 5 months I was having pain in my testicles and abdomen more often than not after masturbation or even just getting aroused for a somewhat large period of time. I didn't think it was serious and figured it would go away pretty quickly. So after 4 or 5 months I started to get aroused and it was only for about 2 or 3 minutes. Afterwards I had excruciating pain in my testicles and abdomen. This pain would normally occur slowly like it had been the last 4 or 5 months but this time it came several times faster. Not only that, but normally it would be worse when I stood up, and it would be less painful when I laid down. But this time, not only was the pain worse but it didn't matter what I did, the pain kept getting worse rather I stood up, laid down, or tried lying down in a position that supported my testicles or a position that gave them hang time if you will :).

So anyways this was the first day I had the pains, I hoped it was just a one day thing and the next day I woke up and there was still leftover pain from the day before. Which hadn't been happening before, eventually at the end of the day I began to get aroused, but this time I stopped it just in case. But regardless, it came at me anyway. But this time it wasn't both testicles it was just the left one. And the pain in my abdomen went from a terrible aching sensation to more of a stabbing sensation. And again, I have a doctor's appointment set up already but I just hate having this kind of problem in such an area I hold so dear and not knowing anything about it. :)

So any help would awesome! Thanks :)

Actually the doctor said it was a urinary tract infection. I certainly hope she's right because I don't want to spend another week not being able to get a boner because she misdiagnosed me... I've also seen a few forums where people with this problem were given antibiotics (like me) and it turned out they didn't help at all because a UTI wasn't the problem.

Anyway, I hope that's the problem. Just going to keep waiting and taking the antibiotics and hope their strong enough. I've had quite a few infections and doctors always like to give me antibiotics that aren't strong enough....
