Penis does NOT change in size when flaccid

Hello to all. I am a 33 year old male. I have been experiencing a strange problem. For the past 3-4 months my penis is extremely small and does NOT change size when it is flaccid. I also have pain in the perineum area when i am standing or walking. About a year ago, all the veins in my penis became enlarged but that did not affect my flaccid size at that time. The veins have stayed enlarged since then. I visited a urologist. My hormones are fine but i have an enlarged prostate. The semen culture showed that i have a staph infection. The doctor prescribed ofloxacin for 3 weeks. After the treatment, i still have pain in the perineum and my penis stays shrunk and does not change when flaccid.I  have night erections but i am not sure that i do every night.

My main concern is the fact that my penis does not change when flaccid. I can live with the pain in the perineum or testicles, but i am extremely concerned about the lack of penile fluctuations during the day. My penis used to be well hung even when flaccid, and now it is shrunk to 1/3 of what it used to be when it was flaccid.

Does anyone know what could cause this or if there is a cure?

Thank you.

Not to minimize your concern, but if you are hanging 3.5, that's not bad.

It used to be A LOT bigger all the time, both in length and girth.

How much variation did you experience before? Is the current 3.5 the larger or smaller size when you had more variation?

I would understand it if this had happened gradually over the years but the problem is that i have no variation whatsoever and this happened in a very short period of time.

I have experienced a similar situation. I have variation, but overall my flaccid size is much smaller than in the past. I just dont hang as long as when younger.

About 3.5 inches. (it is 7 inches erect). My problem is that there is no variation in size throughout the day. I don't think that my prostatitis has anything to do with this but i also do not know what causes this symptom.

How small does it get?

I forgot to mention that my libido is extremely low, despite having normal testosterone levels.
I was also tested for HIV,Hepatitis, Chlamydia and the results were negative.

Thank you
