Groin Pain and Discomfort and Constant Tiredness

I am 21 years-old and the last 3 to 4 mouths i have had a discomfort in my groin, not so much a pain but uncomfortable. I have had a couple of UTI, so i went to two different urologist and got urine tested 3 times and STD test 1 time and the results came back with nothing, which was great but sadly i still have such horrible time during the last 4 mouths with the pain, i can't play football, go to the gym or even study. It has put my life on hold which is very disheartening :( also the last time i had sex was 2 months ago.

If anyone has any ideas what i could be, i would really like to hear them.
This is list of symptoms i have:

- Groin pain and discomfort (sometimes testicles, sometimes the shaft, sometimes lymph nodes)
- Constant fatigue
- Sadness and Depression
- Mood Swings
- Hard to keep an erection
- Hemorrhoid

Please someone hep :(
In 2 days i get a Blood Test result back from a house doctor and in two weeks a Blood Test from a Urologist, i hope that shows me a way to a treatment :/
