Penis pushes in, like

Ok. So I'm taking Cymbalta. I know it's incredibly stupid what I did, but I was determined. I tried for literally 3 hours to reach an orgasm by masturbating, but couldn't. The Cymbalta isn't in it's activation stage, so I'm told that it could go away? Don't know. My penis is always pushing in. Like when you get an erection... IDK, it's hard to explain. There's no pain. I find when I need to urinate, it takes a good 2 minues standing there at the toilet waitng for it to come out. But this was happening before the masturbation session. I'm 18 years old. Did I pull something?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You are taking Cymbalta which has known side effects of erectile dysfunction, ejaculation disorder or delayed ejaculation. You have not hurt any nerve of penis. You can talk to your doctor and get the dose altered or get Cymbalta changed to some other antidepressant.

If the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a urologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
