Prostatitis, antibiotics 6 weeks.still urethral tingling

I am 40 years old. My problem.started back in december 2017.I started to notice some tingling in my urethra, with occasional splitting of the urine stream. I went to 2 different urologists, and they both put me on.antibiotics ( 3 weeks of ciprofloxacin and after that 2 weeks of doxacyclin) with no benefit at all. I had also a feeling that I have to urinate frequently, even when.I have just finished urinating. In february 2018, I developed chills and severe dysuria, and was admitted to hospital. The urine culture showed e.coli. I was diagnosed as acute bacterial prostatitis and was given antibiotics according to the sensitivity for 6 weeks. The fever subsided after 3'days.the urinary symptoms ddidnte disappear, although they became tolerable, and occasionally they disappeared completely. However , now I am 1 week after ending my 6 week.treatment, and I am still having urethral tingling, and occasional split urine stream. Symptoms.tend to become worse after ejaculation. Can anyone tell me whether these symptoms are going to imprrove or not?
