I have some stomach issues from past 2 years. Initially it was bearable, but getting worse each day. I have a feeling of something stuck on my lower left abdomen, sometimes even on the right but very rare, sometimes it cud be under the belly button, on left side its always there. i have slight pain in the lower left abdomen which radiates to the left testicle, which gives intense pain. This is most of the time while eating food and the stomach is full. when i release gas i feel lil relief. My stools are varying so much from pale yellow sometimes to very small pieces and sometimes sticky. Most often when i observe very keenly, it gets worse when i masturbate when there is gas or bladder filled with water. I also have intense pain after ejaculation sometimes when there is this stuck and urge to pee, and pain goes away if i pee and release some stool and gas. What are these symptoms cud be?  btw i had endoscopy, Colonoscopy and ultrasound on my stomach and ultrasound on my testicles done and they were normal. Please suggest me something. None of the doctors were able to help me. This thing is ruining my life. Is there a connection withe the intestines and testicles. I have low sex drive now coz of this pain.

You've had a colonoscopy of your bowels (right?), which ought to rule out an obstruction (or a cancerous tumour large enough to be an obstruction).

Hi, Thank you very much for the reply. Yeah, i tried probiotics too, but still no help, Right now am having accupunture treatment, which gave me lil relief but it seems coming back. This is most of it like something that stopping in the lower abdomen like a blood clot feeling thats coming from above. all of it accumulates at a place creates pressure and if i move around for a while a big fart comes and gives relief and then comes back and the cycle repeats. These farts are not smelly though but creates huge sound, its much of like air lock. I once went to urgent care and they had an xray, the xaray says the left side of the colon is filled with stool and the right is filled with Air? Can we get anything out of this, they suggested me stool softners but that doesnt help....!

I'm guessing bowel function may be a major contributor or cause, and suggest you try probiotics for awhile to see if you obtain some prompt relief through regularity (likely within 3-5 days imo, if that's what much of the issue is).  The probiotics brand that's worked well for my family for various issues has been (regular) Enzymatic Pearls (blue/white package, widely available, they're also on Amazon.com so there's lots of customer reviews to peruse).
