Pressure in lower pelvic are

Hello - I am a 36 year old white male. I have been having what I can describe as a a pressure or squeezing type pain in my lower pelvic/suprapubic area for about a week and a half now. This noticed the symptom almost immediately after sexual activity and it has not gone away since. The pressure sometimes seems to move to my left side more, but primarily is directly underneath my stomach. It almost feels like some type of gas build-up that will not dissipate. I do not have any other symptoms other than this pressure and am otherwise healthy.

I saw my Primary Care doctor about it 3 days ago and he ordered blood tests and a urinalysis. Both of which have come back as normal and he does not suspect any infection/UTI. He is now recommending to have a CT imaging performed.
