A change after symptoms

Hi, had a problem some months ago with a foul smelling dischage 2 weeks after what I thought was protected sex.

After three weeks I was taking amoxicillin for tooth infection, stopped taking the meds 4 days before I had a full STI test at 4 weeks after sex. Discharge slowed when taking meds. I developed some testicular pain both at first then more so on the left.

Clear on the instant test I took chlamydia meds just incase. Full STI pathology returned negative.

I was treated for UTI although urine culture was negative.
Pain continuing in testicle and kidney I had an ultrasound which showed signs of eppidimitis. Treatment for that pain somewhat took time to dissipate (1.5 weeks).

Stool sample returned RBC so I have meds for this.

Now no discharge but a large amount of pre ejaculate, a he'll of lot more than I am used to. A follow up of 3 separate STI tests returns no results.

Q1. Could there be other bacteria that are causing this? And or any tests which might give me an idea of what this is / was?!
Q2. What could have changed the pre seminal fluid?
Q3. Could this be passed on?

Follow up on this which was missed in first post. I've been two 2 separate urologists who have undertaken prostate exams and physical checks showing nothing out of the ordinary. 2 sets of urine samples, urine culture and no WBCs
