Shaft skin on penis has black discoloration
So right below the glans (I am not circumcized) on the shaft, I see lot of dark spots. They're not raised not cause any pain. They are odd shaped and colored. When I stretch that skin where dark spots are, I see vein right below it. What is causing these dark spots? I don't know if they're increasing in size/volume or not because I look at them more frequent that I should. Thank you
