lump on top of testicle?

im a 14 year old male, i  never really pay much attention to my testicles, but three days ago i found out there was a lump the spot where my epidimias was suppose to be. it feels like theres is  water/vains in the lump. sometime i feel discomfort on the side of my scrotum and the part where my epididymis. I am pretty worried about this problem, what disease do i have?

A burning sensation with urination may suggest an underlying infection. For how long did the burning pain last?

I suggest that you have this assessed by a urologist. A baseline urinalysis will be able to help determine if an infection is still present. A testicular lump requires further evaluation. An infection, a hernia, varicoceles and hydroceles may be differentials here.

Continue a self testicular examination but a prompt consult may be necessary. Inform your parents about this.

yes, when i urinate i do feel this burning sensation but that started to happen about 2 months before i had this discomfort in my epididymis.

Firstly, let me advise that you inform your parents or guardian about this so that you may be guided accordingly. A lump on the testicle may be a varicocele, a hydrocele or it may be normal structures that one has not previously palpated.

I suggest that you seek consult with a urologist for this so you will be properly assessed. A scrotal ultrasound may be indicated to ascertain involvement of underlying structures.

Is there any associated redness, pain or rash?

Any difficulty or pain in urination?
