Testicular Trauma Led to Low Testosterone and Puberty Freeze...I Think

Hello,

Qualified Doctor's Only Please :)  ?

I am a 24 year old male. I was hit in the testicles with a soccer ball at the age of 14. My right testicle seems to feel normal and smooth. I can also control it's movement voluntarily. I cannot voluntarily control my left testicle. It is grainy in texture and smaller than my right and just hangs like a deadweight.

Ever since that, I have not been able to grow additional hair on my beard, though I already had a decent amount, my shoulders did not widen, my wrists are tiny as they were at 14, my voice is not feminine but has not changed since I was 14, and my penis remains at 4.5 inches erect and has not grown ever since. Pubic and chest hair has remained exactly the same as it was at age 14-15.

I have started to develop gynecomastia since I was 16 and it has become progressively worse ever since. No amount of exercise or healthy eating has been able to help it. I have lost all muscle tone and are barely visible underneath what has become layers of fat. I am 5'9 and weigh in at 190 lbs, mostly fat.

I am unable to feel any pleasure during climax during masturbation and my erections are even weaker than they were at 14 and 15.

I have had many testosterone checks after my pressuring my doctor, who has constantly said that because my level falls "within the range", theres no problem. My issue is, it is always the FAR LOWER end of the range - during my teenage years and early 20s. It was measured once at 350 at age 20. LH and FSH are normal and at the higher end of the scale but still within range.

Isn't my T supposed to be alot more than that at age 20 and then decline by 1% after my 30's?

I feel tired, lazy, I keep gaining fat-weight, can barely maintain or get an erection, have growing breasts that get larger every year, and feel like I'm stuck with the chest, arms, wrists, voice, penis, and shoulders of a 14 year old and the chest of a female.

I am definitely getting a new doctor soon and see if I can tell him my story and get referred to a specialist at least.

My question is:

IF a specialist prescribes testosterone supplements, is it possible for at least my voice, facial hair, and penis, to mature to what they should be? I know my bones have already hardened into form at my age and cannot grow or widen - but what about voice, facial hair and penis? Do they have any chance of being fully what they was supposed to be?

I don't want to be anything extra. I just want to be what my genes would have made me  without my accident. All the men in my family on both sides are well built with broad shoulders, large arms and wrists, deep voices, and extremely (unfortunately) hairy.

Please let me know if theres hope!

Thank you

Hi, I might be a little late and I'm no doctor but I do have the same exact problem. I'm 17 and I was hit in the balls by a KICKED basketball three years ago. Since then I've always been tired, unable to concentrate, haven't grown at all, and my erections are far weaker than they were even when I was 5 and are getting weaker by the day. Now basically all my friends that smaller and weaker than me have now grown bigger, taller, and are now stronger than me. I haven't told anyone about it since because it feels kind of embarrassing. You probably don't even remember asking this question but I know how you feel.

As a last resort you could go to a Doctor Forum, where you'd be sure to get a response, but you'd also be charged 16$ I'm afraid.

Sorry, mate, I'm no Doctor, I am but a schmoe, which is why I didn't answer.

Actually, there usually aren't even any Doctors on these particular forums, as these are the Patient Forums, but luckily enough there is a kindly lady doctor by the name of Vanessa Lacuesta who has been good enough to answer some questions on this forum...

Hopefully she will notice your post and give her opinion on the matter...

Good luck, pal!
